Shipping policy

All the orders that are placed by our customers are shipped from our warehouse in Bangalore by our courier partner. Please allow a few days for us to process and ship your order from the day of your order.

Orders across India are processed within 2 working day. You can expect the delivery of your package within 7 – 10 working days. For certain places, the delivery process may take up to 10-15 working days.

All orders will be delivered between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays

Upon arriving, the package needs to be signed for delivery. If you aren’t available, please make someone else sign for the delivery. However, Entice Supplements Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for damage after delivery of your package.

If there are any complaints with regards the order, please contact the customer care within 5 working days of your order delivery.

Shipping and handling charges may vary based on the product you order, the package size, volume of the package and other such considerations.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

At Entice Supplements, we strive to serve you with the best products every time. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered

Entice Supplements would not be responsible for any damages that ate caused after the delivery of your package. However, if you feel the product delivered to you doesn’t match up to your expectations, we would request you get in touch with our customer service team regarding any grievances within 48 hours of delivery of the products. We can exchange the products if only the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging and in an undamaged condition.

Terms for return/exchange are as follows:

Returns and exchanges will be subject to checking by the team at Entice Supplements

Damages due to improper usage and application will not be covered under this policy

Once your return/refund request has been accepted, it could take 7-21 days for the process to complete

All products once purchased are non-refundable. An item may only be eligible for return within 48 hours from the time of product delivery if it is:

Sold in a damaged condition

Has something missing in the package

In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Entice Supplements. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent

Out of stock Items

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. Entice supplements does not back order, that is, we do not accept orders which we cannot fulfil immediately.

Cancellation Policy

1.In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged 10% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument.

2. Once the order is dispatched from facility, order cannot be cancelled. 

Shipping Policy

International: We offer shipping on international orders at INR 3,800/-

Domestic: We offer shipping on all domestic orders at INR 100/-.

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Bangalore, Karnataka by courier. Please allow the following number of days as mentioned in receipt of your order.
