How are the items packaged for shipping?
Assuming it is semi- fragile, we first make sure the product is in good condition and clean, then wrap it in multiple layers of bubble wrap. Put it in a good quality box and fill gaps with any new paper or equivalent items

How do I cancel the order I placed?

How will I get a refund for my cancelled order and what is the processing period?
Once you place the request to cancel the order you will receive a notification from our support team, 72 hours post that the money will be refunded to your account. The money will be credited to your account in 6-7 working days.
